Stephanie Little  Board Secretary

Stephanie has been active in Human Resources and Program Management since 2013. In her previous roles, she has proven to utilize her organizational and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong personnel and client-focused teams. Stephanie most recently experienced some of her greatest success as a Program Manager, where she was responsible for developing and implementing a new program for clients served. Within three years, the program was providing services to over 150 clients, with annual revenues exceeding one million dollars.

Stephanie obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bellevue University in 2013 and immediately returned to complete her MBA with a Concentration in Human Resources in 2016.

Stephanie is currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Association of People Supporting Employment First, and The Iowa Coalition for Integration and Employment. Stephanie has also previously served as a CB Ambassador. As an Ambassador, some of her responsibilities included attending ribbon cuttings, legacy awards, beautification awards, groundbreakings, open houses, and special events for members of the Council Bluffs Chamber.

Stephanie has recently become involved with Share My Smile and has been serving on the Board of Directors for the past few months.​
