Theresa Edwards

Treasurer

Theresa Edwards works at US Bank and has held various positions within the company since 2012.  Most recently, she is a Business Banking Specialist in Council Bluffs where she works with small businesses in the community to meet their banking needs.  She came to Council Bluffs from Des Moines, IA in 2015. She has been in the banking industry since 2006.  Theresa graduated from Des Moines Area Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management, and from Upper Iowa University with a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management.  She volunteers for Teammates as a mentor to a local high school student, and helps with the US Bank “Bank in the school” branch at Hoover Elementary in Council Bluffs.  The Bank in the school program focuses on helping teach basic banking skills and the importance of setting savings goals with elementary age students. Theresa is also a recent graduate of Leadership Council Bluffs Class 33.

 

Theresa is married to Eric Edwards and together they have 2 daughters and a son.  In her free time, Theresa enjoys spending time with her kids and family. When she isn’t doing that, she finds herself out talking with her neighbors and helping to plan various neighborhood get togethers.  She also enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and traveling.
